Obituary for Nina B. Kuster

Nina B. Kuster, 89, Long Branch, died peacefully at home on Friday, February 23rd surrounded by her family.

Mrs. Kuster was a lifelong resident of Long Branch. She was a parishioner of St. Michael’s RC Church. A strong, independent woman, Mrs. Kuster enjoyed family gatherings and worked endlessly for her family to have a nice home and good life.

Mrs. Kuster was a caring and loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother.

Mrs. Kuster was predeceased by her husband William W., in 1982 and her son Kurt, in 1976.

Surviving are her children, William & Theresa Kuster, Hackettstown; Karen & David Weiner, Port Monmouth; Kimberly & Martin Ried, Alexandria, VA and Brian & Rose Kuster, Bayville; her grandchildren Michael & Megan Kuster, both of Hackettstown; Lindsay Weiner, Santa Monica, CA, Arielle Weiner, San Francisco, CA, Zachary Weiner & his wife Katharina, Atlantic Highlands, Ashley Cook & her husband Chris, Bristow, VA, John Ried, Brooklyn, NY, Cole Ried, Alexandria, VA, Amanda Kuster, Blackwood, and Katelyn & Ryan Kuster, both of Bayville and great grandchildren, Bennett & Everett Cook.

Mass of Christian Burial, Monday, February 26th at 10:30 am at St. Michael’s RC Church, 800 Ocean Avenue, Long Branch. Burial to follow in Mt. Carmel Cemetery, West Long Branch.
