Obituary for Virginia Woolley Reilly

Virginia C. Reilly, 89, a lifelong resident of West Long Branch, died at her home on Sunday, January, 29th, with her family at her side. Mrs. Reilly was the daughter of Wilhelmina and J. Russell Woolley, Sr. She was a lifelong member of the Old First United Methodist Church, where she was a member of the Lavinia Mount Circle. Mrs. Reilly always put her family first and spending time with loved ones was something she treasured. She had a creative side, and was an accomplished knitter and enjoyed painting. She enjoyed traveling the world and visited many foreign countries. She was pre-deceased by her husband, Joseph T. Reilly, Jr. in 1985 and her brother, J. Russell Woolley, Jr. in 2007. Surviving are her children, Deborah C. Golden, West Long Branch, Joanne and her husband Rudy Maurer, Farmington, Ct. , Holly & Bruce Hayden, Arlington, Va. and T. J. Reilly, Long Branch; four grandchildren, Lauren and her husband, T.J. Iezzoni, Dana and her husband Jo LaCava, Audrey Hayden and Wesley Hayden. She is also survived by loving nieces and nephews and their families. Gathering Friday, Feb. 3rd, 4 to 7 pm at the Woolley-Boglioli Funeral Home, 10 Morrell Street, Long Branch. Memorial service, Saturday, Feb. 4th, 11 am, at the Old First United Methodist Church, corner of Locust Ave. and Wall St., West Long Branch. Contributions in memory of Mrs. Reilly may be made to Old First United Methodist Church, 197 Locust Avenue, West Long Branch, NJ.
